Probate & Estate Planning

• Represent the personal representative in probate proceedings or an interested party in a contested probate proceeding.
  
  
• Draft wills, codicils, trusts, durable powers of attorney, and other estate related documents.
  
  

Veterans’ Benefits

• Assist veterans in the filing and appeal of Service or Non-Service Connected disability claims.
  
  
• There is no attorney fee for representing the veteran in these claims.
  
  
• Costs are the responsibility of the veteran, e.g., Department of Veterans’ Affairs copying charges for records in excess of 100 pages, travel expenses (including the attorney’s).
