Non-Attorney Experience: For the past twenty-two years Mr. Rossbach has represented his developmentally disabled step-son before school boards, at IEP meetings, and before adult care program administrators. He has filed IDEA compliance complaints that resulted in program and staff changes, and he has been successful in involving state legislators and executive officers in making improvements to his medical and dental services.
